Procurement, Outsourcing and RFPs

In the context of a public bid, eligibility and compliance are often at the centre of disputes between the public body and the bidders.

Bidders that have been wrongfully dismissed in the competitive bidding process have a variety of remedies at their disposal, such as injunction and damages, to enforce their rights. BCF’s Procurement and Outsourcing team ensures that its clients’ rights are protected at all times. Our multidisciplinary team advises clients on the management, negotiation and regulation of auction and tendering processes. We guide them through the numerous challenges they may face and help them develop the processes that best meet their business objectives.
