BCF’s Chief Privacy and Knowledge Officer Danielle Miller Olofsson spoke to La Presse about the legal issues related to the use of thermal imaging cameras in stores. 

“When it comes to medical information, we are in a very controlled area. The local supermarket cannot improvise itself as a health service. You need special guidelines,” says lawyer Danielle Olofsson, head of privacy protection at BCF.
