Congebec buys back its shares from external partners and retains its Quebec shareholding
Congebec's management, with revenues close to $100 million, buys back the company’ shares that were owned by external partners.
This share redemption allows four senior executives, including President and Chief Executive Officer Nicholas-P. Pedneault, to retain the company's shareholding in Quebec. Founded in 1974, Congebec is a Quebec-based company specialized in multi-temperature warehousing and distribution services in the food industry. The company plays a key role in ensuring food safety in Canada through its 13 facilities across the country.
