Over the years, Charles-Antoine has developed great versatility in many areas of business law. His diverse skill sets have enabled him to assist clients effectively in transactions and operations in wide-ranging sectors, including financial services, technology, natural resources, agriculture, automobile dealerships, agri-food, and manufacturing.

He is able to act on behalf of either buy-side or sell-side clients. He assists shareholders and managers with the sale of their companies and helps private companies raise private equity and venture capital. On the buy side, he acts on behalf of strategic and financial buyers, including investment funds, in the purchase or acquisition of stakes in private companies, including management buy-outs.

In transaction management, Charles-Antoine focuses tirelessly on client service, ensuring that client preferences, communication styles, and expectations are satisfied. He has written and published several articles on best practices in project management for mergers and acquisitions.
