Novolecs Acquires Assets of Stace in Québec

This transaction preserves world-renowned Québec expertise.

Novolecs Innovative Electrical Solutions is acquiring the Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures-based plant and certain assets. This factory specializes in the design and manufacture of low and medium voltage auxiliary equipment, serving a large local and international customer base.

As the energy transition accelerates, electrical equipment manufactured in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures is becoming an essential solution to meet the growing needs of international markets for renewable energy and transportation infrastructure. In addition to the opportunity to fully exploit the plant's capacity in a booming market, this acquisition allows world-renowned expertise to remain in Québec.
