- Acted on behalf of Groupe Champagne, a door and window sales and installation company, in its acquisition of the assets of A&D Prévost, a company specializing in architectural aluminum systems, in the context of an investment solicitation and sale process implemented by Restructuration Deloitte Inc. following the filing of a notice of intention by A&D Prévost, under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act;
- Acted on behalf of Walter Capital Partners Inc. a private equity firm that is part of the Walter Group, in its acquisition of Martins Industries, a leading global manufacturer and supplier of tire and wheel equipment and supplies;
- Acted for a private equity fund in the acquisition of a Québec leader in the design and manufacture of high-efficiency recovery, heating and ventilation systems;
- Acted on behalf Novolecs in the acquisition of the assets of Stace, a factory specializing in the design and manufacture of low and medium voltage auxiliary equipment, serving a large local and international customer base;
- Acted on behalf of Québec counsel Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust in its acquisition from Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust of a Canadian office and retail portfolio consisting of six properties;
- Acted on behalf of PayFacto Payments Inc. in the equity investment of up to C$150 million led by private equity firm Flexpoint Ford with participation from BMO Capital Partners;
- Sale of an asphalt and road works company to a European company;
- Sale of RCI Environnement to Waste Management;
- Management Buy-Out de Rondi Industries Ltd.;
- Sale of MusiquePlus to Groupe V Média;
- Sale of Adonis to Métro;
