BCF’s forest products team provides a breadth of services to our clients, from negotiating commercial transactions such as an acquisition or divestiture to advising on forest governance and sustainable forestry.

Our team negotiates and drafts logging agreements, timber rights, and land use agreements. We also represent forest product companies, pulp and paper producers, pharmaceutical companies, and hygienic product producers on their restructurings and refinancing. Finally, we advise a variety of startup companies that are producing new ecological uses for forest products on their intellectual property protection and bringing their products to market.
