Annie-Claude Trudeau is a partner, co-head of the Montreal Litigation Group and a member of the Class Action Defence and Privacy and Protection of Personal Information strategic groups.. Backed by more than 10 years of experience, she focuses on complex civil and commercial litigation, class actions, shareholder disputes, governance and crisis management. With her in-depth legal knowledge, her reliability and her creativity, she is an invaluable asset not only for defending our clients before the courts but also for assisting them in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.

Since she became a lawyer, Annie-Claude has always been very involved in the legal community and promotes access to justice and legal literacy. Early in her career, Annie-Claude helped out at the Juripop legal clinic, which advocates for access to justice and was also a featured reporter on the MaTV program AVOSCAS. During the 2013-2014 season, she was also responsible for the debate radio show Droit de Cité, a co-production of the Barreau du Québec and CIBL 101,5 FM.

From 2016 to 2019, Annie-Claude has been a director of the Young Bar of Montreal where she was in charge of the Information Technology Committee (CTI), which was responsible for the organization of the annual LEGAL.IT conference, and in charge of the Public Affairs Committee.

Annie-Claude is Vice President of the board of directors of Vanguard School, a private special education institution for students with learning disabilities. Furthermore, she is one of the "Gouverneurs de la relève" of the Fondation du Barreau du Québec and she is a representative of BCF as "Emerging Leader" with the international association "Meritas".

In 2023, she was named "Rising Star" by Lexpert, which recognizes top lawyers under 40 who have made an outstanding contribution to the practice.
