Trudel Alliance Buys 7 Shopping Centres in Quebec City for $165M

The Trudel Alliance Group recently acquired seven shopping centres in the Greater Quebec City area from the Toronto-based firm First Capital Realty.

This $165M transaction includes Carrefour Soumande, Galeries Charlesbourg, Place Seigneuriale, Place des Quatre-Bourgeois, Place Naviles, Carrefour St-David and Promenade Lévis.Major improvements will be necessary for several locations.

William Trudel, founding president and CEO, was proud to report that these new acquisitions allow Trudel Alliance to position itself as one of the largest real estate groups in Quebec City with real estate holdings that will reach close to $400M.

In this transaction, a BCF team consisting of partners and lawyers Éric Amyot, Luc-Antoine Manneh (corporate), Richard Epstein, Geneviève Martin (competition), Frédéric Dorion (financing), notaries Vanessa Gendron, Johanne Ouellet and Julie Doan, as well as paralegals Julie Tremblay and Geneviève McLean acted on behalf of the Trudel Alliance Group.
