Managing Partner of BCF since 2019, Pierre T. Allard now combines this role with that of Chairman of our Board of Directors, in addition to continuing to serve our clients in tax planning. His great generosity and availability make Pierre a trustworthy person who does not hesitate to offer his time for our clients as well as in the sound management of the firm. He is the one to turn to for major transactions, such as the sale or acquisition of a business, the incentive and retention of key employees or the transfer of assets to the next generation. He works closely with our clients to optimize their tax situation and protect their wealth. Pierre also has in-depth expertise in the taxation of financial products.

Mastering the commercial issues of the business leaders he advises, Pierre has established himself over the years as one of the best tax lawyers of his generation and a national reference in his field. The unanimous recognition of his peers and our clients speaks for itself.

Pierre is regularly called upon to publish in specialized journals and to give lectures to recognized organizations and the country's most important financial institutions and accounting firms. An excellent communicator, he can easily explain even the most complex tax and commercial transactions. Pierre has been with BCF since the firm's creation and is one of its founding members.
