Pierre T. Allard now combines his role as partner with that of Chairman of our Board of Directors, in addition to continuing to serve our clients in tax planning. His great generosity and availability make Pierre a trustworthy person who does not hesitate to offer his time for our clients as well as in the sound management of the firm. He is the one to turn to for major transactions, such as the sale or acquisition of a business, the incentive and retention of key employees or the transfer of assets to the next generation. He works closely with our clients to optimize their tax situation and protect their wealth. Pierre also has in-depth expertise in the taxation of financial products.
