UEAT Technologies Inc. Becomes a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Moneris Solutions Corporation

Based in Quebec City, UEAT Technologies Inc. specializes in restaurant ordering solutions that enhance the customer experience and was recently acquired by Moneris Solutions Corporation, a Canadian leader in unified commerce solutions. This acquisition will enable Moneris Solutions Corporation to offer creative technology solutions to restaurateurs around the world.

This Québec City business has been offering an online ordering platform since 2017 that sets itself apart from its competitors by allowing restaurant owners to improve their profit margins through artificial intelligence and personalized customer experience. UEAT Technologies Inc. will be continuing its activities at its Quebec City head office, and its structure, culture and management will remain the same.

Moneris Solutions Corporation is very aware of the evolution of the restaurant industry and the need to have an omnichannel offering to its Canadian and international clientele and is pleased to add this state-of-the-art solution to its product line.
