Laurence Lavertu

Laurence represents a diverse client base, primarily composed of Québec SMEs and institutional lenders. In her role, she focuses on mandates involving equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. She plays an active role in transactions of all sizes, ranging from targeted operations to large-scale projects.

Laurence draws on her broad experience to serve her clients with diligence and commitment. Before joining our business law group, she practised in civil and commercial litigation, which now enables her to bring a deep understanding of the legal and strategic issues her clients face.
