Laurence Lavertu practises business law in our Québec City office.

Laurence joined our team after practising civil and commercial litigation and corporate law in a boutique firm in Québec City. She now uses this diversified experience and her drafting and legal skills to serve our clients in corporate law.

Laurence's practice mainly focuses on business acquisitions and sales, corporate reorganizations and investment transactions. She brings to bear her attention to detail and thoroughness in order to bring each file to a successful conclusion.

Laurence also acts as a legal consultant for the incubator-accelerator Le Camp with clients with high-growth potential in assisting them through every step of their company's start-up.

During her academic career, Laurence was involved in the Association des Jeunes Juristes de Québec of the École du Barreau de Québec.
