Founded in 1892 in Quebec, iA Financial Group is one of the largest insurance and wealth management groups in Canada. With millions of clients and a diverse presence nationwide, it stands out for its commitment to innovation and excellence in customer service. 

Founded in Ontario, Global Warranty is recognized for its expertise in offering warranties for a wide range of used vehicles, including cars, recreational vehicles and motorcycles. 

By choosing to acquire Global Warranty, iA Financial Group once again demonstrates its commitment to staying ahead of trends in this sector. With its existing relationships spanning over 1,000 new and used car dealerships, the acquisition of Global Warranty allows the group to expand its network by nearly 15%.
