BCF’s multidisciplinary team provides comprehensive operational and commercial advice to a variety of actors in the mining industry.

Our corporate finance team represents investors as well as publicly traded senior, intermediate, and junior mining companies. Our environmental team assists with permits and due diligence and our aboriginal law team helps put in place the various cooperation agreements required to conduct mining activities in aboriginal territories. Our commercial team negotiates and drafts the numerous ancillary documents required for a mining project such as tendering documents, EPC /EPCM construction agreements, and civil works, rail, road, and other infrastructure supply leases as well as royalty and mineral rights arrangements. Our dispute resolution team ensures that disputes are avoided but acts quickly to resolve them in the event they arise.
