Molson Brewery Purchased for $126 Million, BCF Part of the Transaction

A consortium made up of Groupe Sélection, Groupe Montoni and Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ has recently acquired the Molson Brewery lands for $126 million. This highly coveted 1.2 million square foot site with a strong development potential had been occupied by Molson since 1786. The consortium wishes to offer Montrealers an inclusive and innovative redevelopment.

Several lawyers were involved in this major transaction, including BCF with a team consisting of partners Julie Doré and Alain Castonguay, as well as lawyers Janie Chaloux and Eleonora Eusepi who supported François Martel of the Fonds Immobilier de Solidarité FTQ.
