Professional background

Julie Doré is a partner at BCF and has been with the firm since 1997. She serves mainly private businesses for which she provides a range of legal services in connection with their business activities.

Ms. Doré specializes mainly in financing through equity and mergers and acquisitions. In this capacity, she advises and works with her clients through all the stages of life of their businesses, from start-up to sale.

Ms. Doré acts as an observer and corporate secretary on the boards of a number of businesses that she assists in their growth.

She is co-leader of the firm’s university recruitment.
