Profile
Mylène Turcotte is a lawyer in BCF's Labour and Employment Group. Her career path has enabled her to practise in both private and public firms, particularly in the areas of labour and employment law, occupational health and safety, health and social services, and civil and family law. She has developed skills in the day-to-day management of employment injury cases as well as disability and absenteeism cases.
Mylène is involved in drafting and implementing work procedures and policies to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation. With commitment to the success of entrepreneurs, she informs, assists and represents them before administrative tribunals, and also helps prepare training courses and write articles of interest relating to OHS and labour law.
