Occupational Health and Safety

Complying with workplace health and safety standards is central to good governance. Understanding how this regulatory framework applies to your organisation and its specific characteristics is essential to achieving your commercial goals.

BCF’s Workplace Health and Safety team provides creative and sustainable solutions for its clients. We help our clients respond to a variety of situations including inquiries, secondments, reinstatements, the imposition of penalties, or medical issues. We efficiently defend your interests before the various federal and provincial labour relations boards, commissions of inquiry, and tribunals. Beyond legal advice, we also assist our clients by offering training on workplace health and safety, by helping them to reduce costs linked to workplace injuries, and by advising as to the fees engendered by commercial transactions.
