A member of the Barreau du Québec since 2023, Frédérique Boutin is part of the Labour and Employment Group in our Québec City office, and practises in all areas of employment law and labour relations.
After receiving her bachelor’s degree in civil law, she joined the BCF team in 2022 as a student and completed her articling at the firm in 2023.
Throughout her academic career, Frédérique has worked in the field of occupational health and safety, on the employer’s side. First as an administrative assistant from 2016 to 2018, then as a paralegal from 2018 to 2022. During these years, she developed an expertise in this field by assisting employers in the management of employment injury cases, from the CNESST to the Tribunal administratif du travail (TAT).
