André Lepage is a strategic thinker and a dedicated worker who acts as a strategic advisor mainly for private companies. With his background in labour and employment law, André has acquired unique skills that he applies to assisting executives in managing cases involving various aspects of their business. A skilled communicator and negotiator, he helps our clients prevent and resolve potential litigation. He also assists our clients in transactions aimed at expanding, diversifying or downsizing their activities. Thanks to his experience and international contacts, he assists many foreign companies doing business in the Province of Québec. 

André practises also in labour law relating to sports, and is one of the few lawyers in North America to represent National Hockey League (NHL) teams in salary arbitration cases. He works with more than half of the NHL teams. As such, André leads a team consisting of about ten members of the firm. His experience in sports is varied, covering both professional sports (hockey, soccer, boxing, etc.) and amateur sport.

His excellent work has been recognized by his peers, who have named him to the Best Lawyers list of the best lawyers in Canada in labour law, sports law and entertainment law. André has also been recognized in the prestigious Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory in the Employment and Labour Relations category since 2017.
