Public-Private Partnerships

Aging infrastructure and limited public money lead governments to opt for public-private partnerships (PPP) to modernise hospitals, bridges, highways and water supply systems.

BCF’s PPP team is actively involved in these major projects. We negotiate complex commercial agreements, establish funding, privatize existing assets and restructure distressed projects. We also advise on related issues such as taxation, real estate law, environmental law, labour law, licensing and expropriation. BCF acts on behalf of local and international transportation, construction and engineering industry leaders, as well as financial institutions, entrepreneurs, developers and investors.
