Environmentally-Inclined
We believe in doing our part and promoting an environmentally-conscious culture. We have implemented a policy which aims to reduce the firm’s environmental impact by formalizing an important number of initiatives, such as:
- Purchasing “Earthchoice” or recycled paper;
- Implementing an e-billing software that integrates standardized and paperless modification and approval of invoices as well as facilitates sending such by e-mail. Additionally, we strive to send out all statements;
- Recycling batteries, hardware and ink cartridges as well as daily collection of shredding and recycling materials, without exception;
- Double-sided printing of all drafts, court decisions, doctrine, notes and internal communications;
- Integrating electronic headers to all document templates to minimize printing and promote digital communication of letters, invoices, file memos, legal opinions and other documents;
- Prioritizing hardware with low ecological footprint when purchasing new servers, storage devices, computers and such.

Our onboarding program ensures that law students are included in client teams from Day 1. Each recruit receives one on one mentoring to ensure optimal development of their knowledge and strengths. This personalized approach enables us to staff files flexibly and efficiently to ensure the best players are involved at the right moment.

We execute every file using project management practices and providing clients with preliminary estimates and timeframes detailing their project’s milestones. In addition, BCF will implement an external client portal in 2019 which will provide you will real time access to financial information such as hours performed by our professionals and previous invoices.
