Nicolas Gosselin is an experienced litigator who excels in real estate litigation and construction law. He handles complex litigation before Québec courts and advises a broad clientele of real estate developers, contractors, manufacturers, and material suppliers. His knowledge of the construction industry and the legal challenges facing players in this specialized sector enables him to provide strategic advice right from the start of major projects, whether it involves drafting or reviewing construction contracts or conducting feasibility analysis.

Nicolas was a member of the firm's Board of Directors from 2021 to 2023, and since August 1, 2023, he has been a member of the Executive Committee in charge of the Québec City office.
