Practicing in all fields of labour relations since 1982, Michel A. Brisebois represents private and semi-public companies at arbitration hearings before tribunals at all levels and in the negotiation of collective agreements. He advises and represents clients in connection with grievances or complaints under the Labour Code, the Labour Standards Act, and all other laws in this area of law. He also represents employers on union management consultation committees. Mr. Brisebois also has extensive experience as a Crown Attorney.
