A leader in the manufacture of school furniture in Québec, Alpha-Vico Group is acquired by the new private equity fund ANGUS Capital, created only six months ago.
ANGUS Capital is a Montréal-based private equity fund dedicated to growing and consolidating businesses in Québec. The fund, in partnership with Mr. Christian Roy who will become President of Alpha-Vico, is acquiring a Québec flagship with an established reputation in the school furniture industry. Located in Estrie, Alpha-Vico Group is a family business founded more than 40 years ago that employs over a hundred workers in its four plants.
This acquisition reflects ANGUS Capital’s vision of creating value for SMEs that operate in traditional sectors by ensuring them a lasting entrepreneurial succession.
