Shaun E. Finn, Co-Leader of BCF’s Class Action Defence group, has edited a BCF guidebook for LexisNexis entitled “Québec Class Action: A Roadmap”, 2^nd Edition, which offers readers valuable insights and practical, real-world guidance into Québec's class action system.
