What are the risks of holding cryptocurrency funds on a platform such as QuadrigaCX?

A specialist in cryptocurrency taxation, Martin Nolet was invited by Bernard Drainville, Mario Dumont and journalist Tristan Péloquin to give his point of view and explain the legal and regulatory nuances specific to the risks of holding cryptocurrency deposits on platforms such as QuadrigaCX.

It is not a blockchain failure, because that is what it is supposed to do. We now have to ask ourselves how, as an industry, can we put in place governance mechanisms to avoid this kind of situation.
