Vlad Levenets is a patent agent trainee with our Intellectual Property (IP) group and a registered patent agent in the USA.
Vlad holds a PhD in Electronics Engineering and worked for major semiconductor and aerospace companies.
Leveraging his extensive industry and academia experience in Canada, the USA, and Russia, Vlad drafts and prosecutes patent applications for clients in the telecom and semiconductor industries. In addition, Vlad developed in-depth skills and expertise in freedom-to-operate and invalidity opinions, infringement opinions, patent landscaping, and IP portfolio analysis.
