Director of Operations at BCF for over 10 years, Steve Lapierre has more than 20 years of experience in logistics and personnel management in the legal, corporate and industrial sectors. Dedicated, reliable and highly focused on efficiency and client service, Steve never hesitates to invest the efforts needed to achieve the firm's objectives. Supported by a dedicated and efficient team, he is very proud of the services provided to BCF staff by the operations team. Above all, Steve values team spirit and a good working atmosphere.

In addition to managing the day-to-day resources of the operations team, Steve regularly faces significant work space challenges due to the firm's continued growth. Over the years, he has developed extensive expertise in the development of rental spaces by working closely with the managers of the building housing the BCF offices in Montreal. As part of his duties, he also ensures that BCF is served by efficient suppliers through agreements that benefit the firm.
