Odette Nadon is counsel in BCF's Environmental Law group. She takes part in the follow-ups of litigation and transactional cases. She provides legal advice related to the development of environmental risk management strategies, the planning and execution of compliance issues and environmental litigation. She also supervises BCF's training and publications on various issues related to the environment.

Odette works closely with other sectors of the firm in reviewing all environmental aspects of various transactions, including wetlands, the transfer of certificates of authorization, the dismantlement of industrial and petroleum product facilities and the redevelopment of contaminated sites.

Her legal and scientific background, in addition to her extensive experience in the field, makes Odette a benchmark in environmental law. Odette has been involved in the organization of emergency teams and the implementation of measures to prevent ecological disasters.
