Natasha Girouard is a notary and the partner in charge of BCF's Wealth Protection group. Her humanism, empathy and ability to simplify complex legal components have made her a highly-valued counselor when it comes to juggling important sensitive issues surrounding tax and estate planning.

Natasha helps business people and wealthy families put in place mechanisms to protect their assets and transfer their wealth, including through wills and the establishment of trusts.

Beyond tax and estate planning, she provides services on every aspect of business people’s lives, including common law spousal agreements, marriage contracts, and the homologation of a protection mandate for a relative who is incapacitated.

She also advises and assists liquidators in the process of liquidating a succession, trustees in their role as testamentary trust administrators, and legatees and heirs seeking to ensure that their rights are respected.
