Christopher Collette is a seasoned lawyer with over 10 years of experience in Canadian immigration law, focusing on international recruitment, work and temporary residence permits, family sponsorship and inadmissibility for health, criminal or other grounds. 

Prior to joining BCF, he worked for some of Canada’s most prestigious immigration firms, gaining experience in complex immigration applications and litigation. He has frequently acted as a representative in temporary and permanent residence applications, litigation before the Federal Court of Canada, tribunal hearings (Immigration Division, Immigration Appeal Division and Refugee Appeal Division), removal proceedings and other types of administrative reviews involving various jurisdictions such as Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

Christopher holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), a Juris Doctor (JD) from Université de Montréal and a Bachelor of Arts (BA, International Development Studies) from McGill University. He is also a member of the Ontario Bar.
