During his university studies, Mr. Groulx became particularly interested in the legal issues surrounding psychological harassment in the workplace, and more generally in individual rights and freedoms in the context of employer-employee relationships.
Following his articling at a firm on Montreal’s South Shore, Mr. Groulx quickly developed his skills and knowledge in the areas of salaried and self-employed work, civil and commercial litigation, and administrative law. As part of his practice, he has represented a varied clientele, and has regularly pleaded before the courts of general jurisdiction and special tribunals.
