Maibec, a family-owned Quebec company specializing in exterior siding system, acquires the CanExel brand and its production facility in East River, Nova Scotia from manufacturer LP Building Solutions.
This transaction allows Maibec to expand its position as a leader in customized exterior siding systems by adding CanExel’s high-density fibre products to its portfolio.
