Seven of Our Professionals Contribute to the Chambers Real Estate Litigation 2025 Guide

Our partners Simon Pelletier, Isabelle Landry, Eleonora Eusepi, and Fabrice L. Coulombe, along with our associates Ann-Julie Auclair and Joseph Piazza, supported by our law student Emma Conte, participated in drafting the Canadian chapter of the new Chambers guide on real estate litigation.

Addressing the questions prepared by Chambers on the various issues our clients may encounter in Quebec regarding real estate litigation, they were able to delve deeply into topics such as landlord-tenant disputes, foreclosure actions, joint venture disputes, guarantor liability, and other issues related to challenging situations.

Our professionals also detailed the trends and developments observed in our jurisdiction, including the erosion of property rights in environmental matters in Quebec with the adoption of new laws, as well as changes in the approach to compensation in expropriation matters in Quebec.
