Ann-Julie Auclair joined BCF in April 2021 to be part of the Municipal, Administrative and Environmental Law Group of our Litigation Department. Ann-Julie made the decision a few years ago to focus her practice on research, drafting and providing legal advice. It is in this context and with a litigation background of nearly twenty years that she joined BCF. Her role consists more specifically of conducting legal research, analyzing cases, drafting legal opinions, proceedings and appeal briefs on complex issues.

Ann-Julie also has significant experience pleading before the Superior Court and the Québec Court of Appeal, particularly on legal issues related to motions to dismiss and defences in class actions.
