The Fonds de solidarité des travailleurs et travailleuses du Québec (FTQ) has recently completed the sale of Les Galeries Laval to Jadco, a company specializing in construction and real estate management.

Located at 1545 Boulevard Le Corbusier in Laval, Les Galeries Laval is a well-established shopping center offering a wide range of stores and services.

This sale allows the Fonds de solidarité to focus on other strategic investments, while ensuring the continuity and growth of Les Galeries Laval under Jadco's management.

For this transaction, the FTQ was assisted by a team of experts, including Pierre-Philippe Taché, with the collaboration of Élodie Gagnon and Gabriel Dubois in mergers and acquisitions, Richard Epstein in competition law, Marianne Richer-Laflèche in mergers and acquisitions and competition law, as well as Alain Castonguay and Caroline Emond in real estate law.
