Allied Properties REIT acquires Centre de commerce mondial de Montréal

BCF’s team is proud to have acted for Allied Properties REIT in this significant real estate transaction worth $276 million.

The acquisition of the complex located at 747 Square Victoria, also known as Centre de commerce mondial de Montréal, will allow the real estate investment trust to link the Centre to its adjacent properties located at 700 de la Gauchetière Street West and 425 Viger Avenue West.
