Panzini Demolition Inc., a pioneer in the demolition, decontamination and recycling of building materials in Québec since 1956, as well as M.E. Tremblay Demolition Inc, a company specialized in demolition work, are joining forces with Roxboro BauVal Group Inc. ("RBG"), a leading company in the construction and civil engineering industry in Québec.

This alliance will capitalize on the complementary expertise of Groupe Prodem, a subsidiary of RBG, which provides interior stripping and asbestos removal services and will further benefit RBG's clients who can now rely on an even more complete and high-quality service offering.

RBG is a group of Québec companies offering several complementary services in the construction and raw materials supply fields from quarries and sandpits and is also a major player in the concrete and asphalt recycling industry.

BCF is proud to have represented RBG in its merger with Panzini Demolition Inc. with a team composed of Julie Doré, Pierre Allard, Karen Aguilar and Jean-Pierre Katcho, and in its merger with M.E. Tremblay Démolition Inc. with a team composed of Julie Doré, Pierre Allard, Karen Aguilar and Philippe Hébert.
