A Major Transport Logistics Company Acquires SGT2000

The president and founder of SGT2000, a company based in Saint-Germain-de-Grantham since 1988 which specializes in transportation, logistics, warehousing and freight delivery, has accepted a purchase offer from TFI International, a multinational company also involved in the transportation industry.

This is one of the recent major acquisitions that will allow TFI International to achieve its goals of expanding into the North American market. For SGT2000's president and founder, who will still manage the company of more than 300 employees, this transaction was an excellent opportunity considering that there was no family succession.
