Profile
Pierre Lamontagne is a highly regarded lawyer with over 40 years of experience in commercial and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and business succession.
He focuses his practice on corporate governance, including matters with respect to shareholders and partners relationships. Pierre is also proficient in negotiating and drafting unanimous shareholder agreements and as a mediator, arbitrator and strategic adviser involved in disputes among shareholders (oppression and other remedies).
Pierre is also interested in business continuity and transfers (including family businesses), wealth management and succession planning (corporate restructuring, wills, trusts and mandates in the event of incapacity), as well as commercial arbitration and mediation.
