BCF Business Law is proud to announce that five of its lawyers have been made partners in its Montréal and Quebec City offices.

  • Kristian Zimmerman practices commercial law and assists our clients in the purchase and sale of businesses and in the financing of complex transactions, and he is regularly involved in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.

  • Isabelle Lamy practices commercial law and specializes in corporate mergers and acquisitions, in the implementation of optimal corporate structures, in business agreements as well as in venture capital.

  • Frédéric Dorion practices commercial law at our Quebec City office and specializes in bank financing and transactional law. He also advises businesses on the development and drafting of commercial agreements.

  • Marie-Pier Baril practices business law and estate law at our Quebec City office. She is regularly involved in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements and shareholders’ agreements. She also contributes in estate planning matters.

  • Frédéric Côté is a litigation lawyer who advises and represents our clients in matters of contractual disputes and public law before civil and administrative bodies as well as before arbitration tribunals.
