July 20th, 2016

Learn more about the free trade agreement between Canada and the European Union in a training session given by BCF Legal Counsel, Didier Culat

The signing of a free trade agreement between two jurisdictions inevitably involves regulatory and legislative changes for signatory countries. The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada and the European Union is no exception to that rule.

In this new online BCF.TV course, the firm's Legal Counsel, Didier Culat will present the main features of the agreement, explain the background to its adoption and discuss legislative and regulatory changes that can be expected with its implementation.

BCF offers a series of free online courses to provide a better understanding of some of the complex issues facing businesses operating in a global marketplace. Our training sessions, which are accredited by the Barreau du Québec as part of its continuing education requirement, will deepen your knowledge of a specific issue while you earn Barreau credits.

Lasting one hour, the session is available (in french) at www.bcf.tv.

Good viewing.
