BCF Acts as Counsel to JB Poindexter & Co. in Strategic Acquisition of Demers, Ambulance Manufacturer Inc.

With this acquisition, JBPCO’s total annual revenue is expected to reach $3 billion, reinforcing its position as a cornerstone in the commercial and specialty vehicle manufacturing sector—from last-mile delivery and work trucks to emergency response vehicles—while growing its workforce to over 10,000 employees across North America.
