Gabriel Dubois is a lawyer with our Montréal office's Business Law team, focusing on corporate mergers and acquisitions. He joined BCF in 2021 during his university studies.
During his law studies, Gabriel developed his knowledge of business law as well as his strategic and decision-making vision of the entrepreneurial field by volunteering with a business consulting firm and an entrepreneurial legal clinic. This multi-faceted approach enables him to assist businesses through their various stages of development with thoroughness and ingenuity.
Acted as counsel of JB Poindexter & Co and its subsidiaries, a US privately held, vehicles, related components and equipment manufacturing company, as part of its acquisition of Demers Ambulance Manufacturer Inc. and its subsidiaries (Medix, Braun Industries, Crestline). JBPCO’s total revenue will reach $3 billion with this acquisition, reinforcing its role as a cornerstone in the commercial and specialty vehicle manufacturing space;
Acted as counsel to the shareholders of Groupe ABS Inc. and its subsidiaries, a Quebec-based consulting engineering firm offering services in materials monitoring and engineering, metallurgy, geotechnics, environment, geophysics, building science and rock mechanics, in the sale of the majority of their shares to Groupe Ginger, a French company specializing in engineering;
