Damotech Receives Strategic Investment from Mountaingate Capital in its Transaction with Mac Rak

This strategic partnership makes Damotech one of the largest pallet rack safety specialists in North America.

With Mac Rak, Damotech, based in Boisbriand, now has a team of approximately 200 people across the United States and Canada. This acquisition will allow the Quebec company to offer engineering services and repair and protection products to a broader base of businesses in various markets.

Mountaingate Capital, a Denver-based private equity firm, invested in Damotech and Mac Rak’s strategic partnership, facilitating the transaction while also providing financing for the expansion of the Quebec company, which has experienced 13 years of uninterrupted growth.
