Acquisition of DashThis by saas.group

Recently, saas.group announced its acquisition of Moment Zero Inc., the maker of the easy-to-use automated marketing reporting tool known as DashThis. Our law firm represented the selling shareholders in this transaction.

Québec-based Moment Zero Inc is a fast-growing company that helps marketers create personalized reports that are accessible to everyone. The company, which was founded in 2011, now supports more than 2,700 customers in various industries around the world.

Acquiring DashThis marks saas.group’s 17th successful acquisition and our second acquisition of a Canadian company after Rewardful, Stripe & Paddle’s instant affiliate and referral program. DashThis joins a growing group of marketing tools operated by saas.group, including social tools like Juicer and SEO solutions like Seobility and keyword.com,” says Moment Zero Inc.
