Marc-Antoine Couture practices business law in our Québec City office.
Marc-Antoine is primarily involved in business sales transactions, corporate reorganizations and investment transactions. He also has a keen interest in intellectual property and related issues.
Marc-Antoine joined our team after having acted as legal counsel for a used car dealers' association. This experience allowed him to advise several used car dealers in the province of Quebec.
Acted on behalf of Honco Group Inc. and its shareholders in connection with a minority investment by La Caisse and Investissement Québec and the incentive plan for the management team of Honco Group Inc. This transaction consolidates Quebec ownership of Honco Group Inc. while accelerating its cross-Canada and international expansion, in line with the vision that has guided its development for over 50 years.
Acted on behalf of the shareholders of the Québec-based Moment Zero Inc, a marketing-reporting solutions specialist, on its acquisition by saas.group.
