KSH Solutions Inc. Acquired by AFRY Group Finland OY

Our client, KSH Solutions Inc., a Montréal-based consulting, engineering, and EPC/EPCM services company, was acquired by AFRY Group Finland OY, a Swedish public company.

KSH Solutions Inc. has extensive experience in capital-intensive industries such as pulp and paper, biorefinery, energy, water and environment and chemical sectors. This Canadian company provides services all over the world.

This acquisition will enable AFRY Group Finland OY, which specializes in engineering, design, and consultancy, to expand its international opportunities in the fields of decarbonization, energy, and biobased materials, while bolstering its position as a global engineering company.
