BCF Imagine Startup Teams Up with an American Giant

Dana Incorporated, a world leader in providing power-conveyance and energy-management solutions for vehicles and machinery, recently announced its acquisition of Nordresa, a company that develops, manufactures and commercializes electric drivetrains for commercial vehicles.

Nordresa’s experience with electrification systems, combined with Dana’s leading expertise, will allow both entities to gain new market shares by helping their customers’ transition from their traditional vehicles to hybrid or fully electric vehicles.

Nordresa is a start-up company that was part of BCF Imagine’s 3rd cohort. A BCF team composed of Simon Pelletier, Jean-François Noël, Pierre-Philippe Taché and Vincent Chaurette, represented Nordresa’s interests in this transaction.
